Important Parking Information

 The hotel has limited parking (as we learned in 2019), so here are a few important notes…

·      Please carpool if possible!!

 ·      For attendees staying overnight at the hotel:

You’ll be parking in a nearby parking lot located a half-mile from the hotel.  We’ll have a shuttle running from 2:00-7:00 pm on Friday that will leave the parking lot every 15 minutes or when the van is full, whichever comes first.  Outside of this time frame, please come to the conference registration desk in the hotel lobby, and we’ll work to get you situated.

When the conference wraps up on Sunday morning, the shuttle will be running again, accompanied by two additional large vans.  Thanks in advance for your patience, and also for understanding that we need to reserve the on-site hotel parking spaces for those who are coming and going (and not staying overnight).

The off-site parking lot is located at 461 Heymann Boulevard.It’s a huge parking space that is shared by Iberia Bank and several doctors’ offices.Look for the tent with balloons and Abide volunteers.
