VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2026 Abide Catholic Women’s Conference.

Please read the details below carefully before applying.

Abide is a biennial gathering of Catholic women in South Louisiana. Our vision is for every woman to experience the joy of friendship and community in her walk of faith, so she may evangelize others in the confidence of His love. We invite Catholic-owned businesses, makers, and ministries to apply to be a part of our Vendor Marketplace during the 2026 Conference. Please note that this is an application process, and not all who apply will be selected.

Vendor Application Timeline:

Friday, July 4, 2025: Applications Open
Friday, August 8, 2025: Application Deadline
Friday, August 29, 2025: Applicants Notified of Acceptance
Friday, September 4, 2025: Vendor Fee Due
Friday, October 3, 2025: Vendor List Announced on Website & Social Media
Friday, January 30, 2026: Abide Catholic Women's Conference Begins

Event Details:

Cost: $500 or $250 vendor fee, paid upon approval
Dates:
January 30 – February 1, 2026
Location: DoubleTree by Hilton, 1521 W. Pinhook Rd., Lafayette, LA 70503
Vendor Market Hours:
Opens Friday, Jan 30 at 3:00 PM
Closes Saturday, Feb 1 at 7:00 PM
There will be no vendor shopping on Sunday.

Lodging:

Hotel accommodations are not included in the vendor fee. However, accepted vendors will be provided with a booking link and access to our special group rate at the DoubleTree.

Please note:

  • Vendors must have at least one person at their table who is at least 21 years old.

  • To keep our vendors on the Ballroom Floor to increase traffic, space is very limited. We will accept 12 vendors, and each will have one 8-foot table.
